A large and most attractive Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian / Victorian Porcelain Jug bearing the name John Baley and dated 1837, the year of Queen Victoria's accession to the throne. With fine floral decoration, the jug carries no Maker's Mark and unfortunately, we have no idea who John Baley was. Perhaps the jug was made to celebrate his birth, a new life along with a new reign.
