A good Late 19th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Figure of "Baden-Powell" ~ H 4033P, mounted on horseback, in brimmed hat and military uniform, his left hand across his chest holding the horse's reins, his right on the animal's flank. Sparsely coloured with gilt highlights, the title in gilt letters on an affixed plaque. Robert Baden-Powell was the inspiration and Founder of The Boy Scouts Association and, together with his sister Agnes, the joint Founder of The Girl Guides Association.
