This delightful First Year of Issue Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Biddy" ~ HN 1445, decorated in an attractive yellow-green colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist, Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1931 to 1937. The underside fully marked in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp for the period above the Date Code 4 indicating that this figurine was potted in 1931, ie. the first year of production, "Biddy", Rd. No. 760270, { for 1930 }, in red script, Potted by Doulton & Co., HN 1445, and in black, the Painter's Monogram, AB., for Arthur Brown, recorded as working at Doulton from Circa 1933 to 1975.
