This delightful Mid 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Blithe Morning" ~ HN 2065, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and issued from 1950 to 1973. Offered here in a softly glowing red colourway, the underside fully marked with the Royal Doulton green printed backstamp for the period, together with the title, Blithe Morning, COPR 1948, DOULTON AND CO. LIMITED, indistinct impressed Model Number, and in green script, HN 2065, unidentified Painter's Monogram I plus further script N in brown.
