This attractive Late 20th Century Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Jessica" ~ HN 3169, from the "Vanity Fair Ladies" series, was designed by leading Royal Doulton designer. Margaret "Peggy" Davies, and was issued from 1988 to 1995. Catalogued by Charlton as issued only in white, this example, offered here in a soft green and pink Different Colourway, is therefore probably unique. The base fully marked in black with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp of the period, HN 3169, JESSICA, Modelled by Peggy Davies { facsimile signature }, © ROYAL DOULTON, and in puce the Painter's Monogram, LS, for Linda Scarlett, recorded as working at Doulton.
