This lovely Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Priscilla" ~ HN 1340, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine and was issued in this red and purple colourway from 1929 to 1949. Beautifully modelled and well coloured, the base fully marked in green with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp for the period, this alongside the numeral 11, indicating that this figurine was potted in 1938, Impressed Date Code, 3938, { for 03 September 1938 }, in green script, "Priscilla", HN. 1340. together with the Painter's Monogram G.W. for Georgina White, listed as working at Doulton Circa 1933.
