A truly delightful Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Quality Street" ~ HN 1211, the designer of which sadly remains unknown, decorated in a red colourway, and issued from 1926 to 1936. The underside fully marked in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp as used from 1927 to 1932, this accompanied by the numeral III, indicating a production date of 1930, in red script, Quality Street, HN.1211, Potted by Doulton &. Co., indistinct impressed Model Number and impressed Date Code, 1-10-30, for 01 October 1930, later pads to underside, plus in black the Painter's Monogram GES, unidentified, but recorded as working at Doulton during the early 1930's.
