This attractive Late 20th Century Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Rebecca" ~ HN 2805, was designed by leading Doulton artist Margaret "Peggy" Davies and was issued from 1980 to 1996. Softly decorated in a pale blue and lavender colourway, the base with Royal Doulton printed backstamp of the period in green, plus title, REBECCA HN 2805, © ROYAL DOULTON TABLEWARE LTD, Rd. 1979, indistinct Impressed Model Number, and in script, Painter's Monogram, CR for Christine Rosborough, listed as working at Doulton > 1975. N.B. :- This figurine is in fact a "Seconds", but quite frankly we are unable to see why it has been so marked ~ That said, it has been priced accordingly.
