This amusing Mid / Late 20th Century Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "The Mask Seller" ~ HN 2103, decorated in a green and yellow colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1953 to 1995. Fully marked on the underside in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp and the title, "The Mask Seller.", H.N. 2103., COPR 1952., DOULTON & CO.LTD. plus indistinct Painter's Monogram, M, possibly for Margaret Walker { Donnellan } or perhaps Tom Mason.
