A scarce and most attractive Pair of Mid 18th Century Antique English Georgian Brass Candlesticks of classical form, each with a deep, soft patina, the legacy of decades of hand polishing. The reeded columns of round section rising from stepped, gadrooned, square bases, the nozzles seated upon gadrooned square knops. The design almost certainly inspired by a silver original.
