A fine and most attractive Pair of Mid 18th Century Antique English Georgian Brass Candlesticks, lovely soft colour, the knopped columns rising from chamfered, card-cut, square bases and terminating in flared sockets. The overall design typical of the period and deriving from silver forms developed from around 1720, the silversmiths leading the way, the brassfounders following in their wake.
