This delightful Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Sweet and Twenty" ~ HN 1549, decorated in a multicoloured colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1933 to 1949. Fully marked on the underside in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp of the period, together with the numeral 10, indicating that this example was potted in 1937, the title, "Sweet & Twenty", Rd. No. 737560, { for 1928 }, indistinct impressed Model Number and Impressed Date Code, 11137 for 01 November 1937, in green script, HN. 1549, plus in black, the Painter's Monogram, TJP, for Tom Parton, recorded as working at Doulton Circa 1930 onwards.
