An exceptionally attractive Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Pottery Figure of a Hunter, standing upon a rockwork base. His gun at his right side, his faithful hound at his left; a hare hangs over his right shoulder and he holds a brace of birds in his left hand. Bright, colourful palette and lovely glaze to this fine quality piece, which appears not to be listed by Harding in "Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1835 - 1875".
