An Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Brass Double Goffering Iron, of rare form, having two ironing tubes, rather than the normal complement of one. Also known as "Italian" or "Tally" irons, this one with baluster turned column rising from an attractive tripod base, while each of the two tubes are of different size.
