A most attractive Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Cranberry Glass Oil Lamp, the crisply moulded faceted font seated upon a reeded brass column which rises from a round, stamped and beaded brass and black pottery base, this latter bearing the impressed Maker's Mark, "VERITAS LAMPWORKS", the wick winder buttons each marked "BEST ENGLISH MAKE". This lovely old lamp is surmounted by a stunning scallopped cranberry glass shade of the period, beautifully etched with a delicate floral design setting off this fine antique piece to perfection. Replacement clear glass chimney as one would expect.
