An attractive Late 19th Century Antique English Victorian Oil Painting on Panel, mounted in it's original giltwood moulded box frame, the reverse with remains of early Framer's label, now illegible. The painting, which depicts a view of a wooded river valley is signed with the artist's monogram, C.B. at bottom left, together with the date 1876 and exhibits evidence of old restoration.
