A really lovely, large and imposing Late 19th Century Antique English Victorian Porcelain Vase and Cover by Minton's of Stoke, Staffordshire, { 1793 - }. The body of classic form, bolt mounted upon a round socle base embellished with rococo scrolls, the handles similarly decorated, the ornate cover, with pineapple finial, complementing the base, the whole heavily gilded. Each side of the body beautifully hand painted with a floral bouquet set upon a pale green ground. The base with printed Maker's Mark as used c. 1873 - c. 1891. The perfect piece for the imaginative Interior Decorator.
