Another amusing Early 20th Century Antique Toby Jug , almost certainly produced by Allerton's of Longton, Staffordshire, the largest of three sizes presently available. The underside with a small impressed letter "H" together with a gilt squiggle. To quote Monica South, "It is debatable whether or not "Toby" items are true "Gaudy Welsh".
