Quite delightful ! This highly decorative Late 19th Century Antique Victorian German Porcelain Oil Lamp, adorned with three chubby "Putti" gambolling amongst a bed of roses, bears no Maker's Mark that we have been able to discern, but was almost certainly manufactured in Saxony, by either Sitzendorf or one of their contemporaries during the latter part of the nineteenth century. The twist-on brass burner with wick winder buttons stamped YOUNG'S DUPLEX, the clear glass chimney a modern replacement as one would expect, the whole surmounted by a lovely striated and frilled Early / Mid 20th Century green glass shade.
