This Mid 18th Century Antique Georgian Oak Spoon Rack is probably English and clearly has had a somewhat hard life, having lost it's right hand ear as well as having suffered a recent chip. It comes however with three Late 17th / Early 18th Century English Pewter Trefid Spoons, one of which has been repaired at some point in the distant past. Once upon a time to be found in many a cottage kitchen, while they may not appear glamourous, these early pewter spoons now rarely turn up and are today extremely difficult to source.
