A large and most attractive Late 19th Century Antique Victorian Silver Lustre Jug of globular form. This one in lovely condition was very likely originally purchased to celebrate a Silver Wedding and has probably spent all of its life in a display cabinet. The decoration suggestive perhaps of a farming provenance. Silver lustre pieces in this sort of pristine state turn up all too rarely in today's marketplace so this would make a fine anniversary gift for someone. The base with painted numeral 122.
