Description

A rare and most attractive Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Blue and White Transfer Pottery Asparagus Dish from the "Beaded Frame Mark" Series, by G.M. & C.J. Mason of Lane Delph, Staffordshire, { Circa 1813 - 1829 }, with raised moulding to the handles, printed in a light blue palette, the reserve with a view of "Richmond, Yorkshire", set within a floral border. This rarely encountered piece is unmarked, although pieces from this series are known marked with the title "Richmond Yorkshire", as illustrated here, courtesy of Dick Henrywood, in Image No. 3. cf.
