A large Late 18th Century Antique English Georgian Bronze Skillet or Posnet, of fine quality, used for down-hearth cooking, and standing upon three simple stub feet, by John and Tomson Warner of Fore Street, Cripplegate, London. The handle with Maker's Name, "WARNER", in raised capitals within a reserve together with 5P, indicating a capacity of five pints.
