The British section of this revised edition edited by Geoffrey A. Godden, the European and Oriental sections edited by Frederick Litchfield and R.L. Hobson. More than just a book of marks, "Chaffers" is a reference book giving detailed information on the histories of the various factories, the personalities involved, the types of ware produced and much more.
