An attractive Pair of Early 19th Century Antique English Georgian Pewter Candlesticks of good colour, the columns of vase form, rising from stepped circular bases. Both sticks retain their internal push-ejector rods, although one, which shows signs of having had rather a hard life, is minus it's internal button. The column of this stick, also appears to have been broken in the distant past and now sports a well executed old solder repair which blends in well with it's generally careworn state. That said, for those who like their antiques to exhibit character, this pair certainly ooze period charm in abundance.
