An enchanting Pair of Mid 19th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Pottery Cow Creamers, modelled as "Milkmaid and Milkman", each standing to the rear of a cow ~ H 2319 ~ H 2320. She wearing a hat, bodice, and skirt with an apron, he wearing a hat, shirt with tie, and knee breeches. Well modelled and coloured, these were used as cream jugs, being filled through the holes in the head of each figure, the cream then poured through the cow's mouth, the figure serving as the handle.
