A fine Pair of well modelled and colourful Late 19th / Early 20th Century Antique English Victorian Staffordshire Pottery Lions, H 4655 / H 4656. Fine golden coats, glass eyes, and altogether very decorative. Described by Harding, { Victorian Staffordshire Figures 1875 - 1962 }, who attributes the model to Sadler & Co. of Burslem, Staffordshire, as the best modelled and designed of all the Late Victorian lions. This pair unmarked, but completely house trained !
