This pretty Late 20th Century Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Antoinette" ~ HN 2326, offered here in a Different Colourway of pink with pink roses, was designed by leading Doulton artist Margaret "Peggy" Davies and was issued from 1967 to 1979. Catalogued by Charlton as produced only in white, this example in pink is probably unique. The underside fully marked with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp of the period in green, plus title, Antoinette, HN. 2326, COPR.1965, DOULTON AND CO. LIMITED, Rd.No.921231, { for 1965 }, Rd.No. 47886, Rd.No. 10341, Rd.No. 452/65, gilt painted letter H.
