This rare and delightful First Year of Issue Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Abdullah" ~ HN 1410, softly decorated in a blue, lavender and green colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist, Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1930 to 1937. The underside fully marked in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp as used from 1927 to 1932, together with the Date Code 111 indicating that this figurine was potted in 1930, ie. the first year of production, impressed Date Code 1-12-30, for 01 December 1930, indistinct Painter's Monogram in gold, possibly CB, recorded as working at Doulton Circa 1932.
