The underside fully marked in green with the Royal Doulton printed backstamp as used from 1927 to 1932, this accompanied by the numeral 5, indicating a First Year of Production date of 1932, Gwendolen", Rd. No. 769700, { for 1932 }, in green script, "Gwendolen", HN 1503, Potted by Doulton & Co., plus unidentified Painter's monogram in blue and illegible impressed mark.
