The underside fully marked in green with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp of the period together with the date code 9, indicating that this figurine was potted in 1936, "Mirabel", Rd. No. 809342, { for 1936 }, in green script, HN 1744, indistinct impressed Model Number and impressed Date Code 11136, for 01 November 1936, in black, Painter's Monogram HW, unidentified but recorded as working at Doulton.
