This attractive Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English Porcelain Figurine, "Phyllis" ~ HN 1486, decorated in a blue and pink colourway, was designed by leading Doulton artist Leslie Harradine, and was issued from 1931 to 1949. One of four colourway variations of this particular lady listed in Charlton's Standard Catalogue of Royal Doulton Figurines. This example fully marked on the underside in green with the printed Royal Doulton backstamp as used from 1927 to 1932, together with the numeral 7, indicating that this figurine was produced in 1934, "Phyllis", Rd. No. 755940, { for 1930 }, and in green script, Phyllis, HN 1486, and Potted by Doulton & Co., plus indistinct impressed Model Number and Date Code for September 1934.
