An attractive and well matched set of Three Early / Mid 19th Century Antique English Georgian / Victorian Pewter Measures, stamped Pint, Half-pint and Gill, each of baluster form, which appear to have enjoyed each others company for a very long time. The two larger measures, the one holding one Pint, the other holding one Half-pint, each bearing the Maker's Mark of James Yates of Birmingham { c.1800 - 1840 ~ Cotterell O.P. 5338 }, the underside of the smaller Gill measure stamped with the Maker's Mark of their successors, GASKELL & CHAMBERS BIRMINGHAM, { Circa 1840 - Mid 20th Century ~ Cotterell O.P. 1821 }, the body with Weights and Measures Inspector's Stamps various.
