Foulsham of Slough, in 2001. In this fascinating work of scholarship, the author traces the history and development of the production of Tunbridge Ware together with a comprehensive section on Killarney Wares about which little has previously been published. Chapters dealing with the woodwares produced at Spa, Sorrento and in Scotland are also included. In providing a complete coverage of the mosaic and other tesserae techniques used in the industry, the author succeeds in filling an important gap in published information on the subject.
