An interesting Late 19th Century Antique English Victorian White Glazed Pottery Kitchen Mould, this one modelled as a recumbent lion. Once everyday items, generally supplanting the earlier copper models, these moulds were used for both sweet and savoury dishes and formed a staple item of kitchenalia with which the Late Victorian Cook and her assistants would have been wholly familiar.
