Clearly inspired by their Victorian predecessors, this appealing Pair of Early 20th Century Vintage Royal Doulton English China, white and gilt, "Comforter" Spaniels are offered here in tip-top condition. The base of each dog bears the black printed Royal Doulton ducal crown mark of the period and each animal is respectively impress marked with the numbers, 1378-3R and 1378-3L.
